Meet Alan Jackson

Alan Jackson started cooking professionally at the age of eighteen and has created memorable meals in Los Angeles since the mid-nineties when he opened Jackson’s and The Farm in Beverly Hills.

Alan’s catering company, Jackson Catering, has catered some of the cities most noteworthy events, Golden Globes, BET and SAG awards to name a few.

Alan founded LemonadeLA with a mission to help people eat more vegetables. He created the kind of place he would like to eat on a daily basis, lots of healthy options, lots of tasty treats, and all at an everyday price.

Now Alan is helping other chefs with their culinary operations by leveraging his expertise of operating 30 restaurants from his home kitchen. He provides culinary advice and real culinary solutions from his rather large home kitchen (Commissary) in LA.

His "home" kitchen produces soups, sauces, dressings, and flavor kits to some of the top restaurant groups in the West Coast.
